    An 8-week therapy group for adults seeking support with the impact of early relational experiences on their current relationships and emotional wellbeing.

    A support group with women 40+ feeling emotionally disconnect in their marriages.

  • Second Act Sisterhod

    A support group for women 45+ navigating life transitions like shifting relationships, intimacy, menopause, empty nests, retirement, and redefining purpose.

    A support group for women seeking to connect and find comfort among other women who understand the emotional and physical struggles of infertility.

    A support group for new moms navigating motherhood.
