Partner Therapists

I work closely with a network of skilled partner therapists who bring their own unique specializations and expertise.

If you have additional needs that would benefit your overall wellness, I may refer you to a partner therapist for focused support as an extension of your care.

This collaborative approach ensures you receive the most comprehensive and personalized support possible, addressing every aspect of your emotional, relational, and sexual wellbeing.

Whether it’s for trauma-focused therapy, support with specific diagnoses, or other specialized areas, these trusted colleagues are here to support you on your journey.

Together, we’ll create a cohesive plan that respects your goals and provides the integrated care you deserve.

Specialization: Attachment Wounds, Addiction, Trauma, PTSD

Hi! I’m Erika. I specialize in supporting individuals through overcoming childhood trauma, addressing addiction issues, and navigating the complexities of racial and cultural identity—particularly for minorities, including LGBTQ clients.

I'm fluent in both Spanish and English.

My therapeutic approach is characterized by warmth, empathy, and experiential techniques aimed at fostering personal growth. I draw upon various therapeutic modalities such as clinical hypnotherapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, IFS, and psychodynamic approaches to effectively address trauma.

I love helping clients from a holistic, strengths-based perspective and believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. Through a compassionate lens, I strive to instill hope, facilitate healing, and nurture resilience.

Specialization: Navigating Life Transitions for Women

Hi! I’m Debbie. My area of specialization is supporting women through significant life changes—whether it's navigating career shifts, relationships, motherhood, caring for aging parents, or the nuanced journey of retirement.

With over 25 years of therapeutic experience, I’m dedicated to helping women who seek not only growth and self-knowledge but also purpose and passion in their lives.

As a mother of three and grandmother of five…family and life experiences enrich my therapeutic approach.

My supportive framework aligns with a postmodern tradition, rooted in the belief that you inherently possess the wisdom needed for healing and growth. With this, I emphasize a collaborative journey, where together we externalize rather than internalize challenges which allows us to define and develop your unique strengths.

I’m also trained in EMDR, and help women who struggle with unresolved trauma and distressing experiences.

If you find yourself in need of a space to unravel your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to create a secure haven for self-exploration, empowering you to navigate challenges and discover your inner strength.

I can help you live a life that feels more fulfilling and purposeful.
